• The cost of repairs will be covered if the tire is damaged by a road hazard.
• If a tire is non-repairable, we will replace your tire(s).
• Cost of wheel repair/replacement from road hazard damage will be covered.
• Coverage includes cost of mounting, balancing, valve stems, and disposal.

• $41/month per vehicle + one time fee/vehicle of $39
